Hello Nancy,

As a school counselor, I see the Developmental Assets as a goal-setting
tool.  Clients refer to a concrete list for celebrating strengths, as well
as setting specific and doable goals.  Hat tip to Marilyn Peplau for
introducing me to the "Strengths Interview."

I'll be interested to read the rest of the data you gather related to this
subject.  Thanks for posing the question!
