Yes Alix, I think that maybe when you have the kids recite their writing be=
fore the group, you could have an open feedback from the audience about wha=
t they liked about the piece, or maybe a Q & A session for that particular =
author.  I think that the whole exercise is to show that anyone can be an a=
uthor.  How about smaller groups, where each person in each group adds thei=
r own part to the story, then each group votes on which story was their fav=
orite--not necessarily the winner, just the most entertaining? We would lik=
e to see kids looking forward to game, not intimidated by it, right?  Try i=
t and let me know, okay?  I would love to know how they respond.  Good luck=
