HCHY List: Training of trainers

Has anyone implemented the "Essentials of Asset Building" Training of
Trainers in their community?  If so- Was it effective?  Did you develop a
plan of action?  Any advice?
Our HCHY initiative has been in existence for over 6 years.  We are trying
to increase ownership of asset-building and ultimately strengthen this
movement.
 
Please HELP!!!
