Community Connections Asset Mapping Process (CCAMP) is a powerful web-based
process for community asset mapping that strongly supports the major
national asset frameworks (The 40 Developmental Assets, ABCD, Ready by 21,
Communities That Care, America's Promise, etc.). This system allows for
mapping both the assets and needs (hopes and dreams) of individuals and the
resources of organizations across all sectors. Additionally, it is fully
integrated with both volunteer tracking and advanced geo-mapping

Connecticut Assets Network is presently working with Search InstituteR
supporting a national pilot using CCAMP for asset mapping to advance their
HC/HY initiatives. CCAMP gives these HC/HY groups the power to build
awareness of their initiative among organizations across every sector of the
community. It also captures which assets are being supported by each
organization and exactly what they are doing to support those assets. CT
Assets network will have a booth at the Search Conference and, as we did
last year, sponsor a workshop presentation on Friday, Nov. 7th from 10:30am
to 12:00pm--# F-4: Broadening Public Involvement in your Assets Initiative
for Mobilization and Community Connection.

Hello Asset Builders, 

 

I am in the process of researching Asset Mapping. I have come across a
couple of websites that pertain to general asset mapping within a community.
I was wondering if anyone has done this in regards to the developmental
assets. If so, how did you do it and what resources did you use to guide
your process? Any information about the process would be greatly
appreciated.
