We have developed a collaborative integrated approach to addressing youth involvement in gangs that not only includes youth serving organizations but a diverse range of organizations in clding the police, schools and government agencies. The attached paper details the process we used to develop the strategy. I would be happy to talk to you more about how we are working to bring the community together to not only address the issue of gangs but to promote positive youth development.
