HCHY List: Staff Development activities that have worked?

Greetings Asset Champions -

Angela Jerabek (St Louis Park Schools) and I are writing a book about how to
deepen staff members' understanding of the Developmental Assets and increase
the consistency of asset building behaviors in schools and youth serving
programs. Many people have told us that an initial training helped their
staff get started, but they wanted follow-on activities and strategies to
keep the work moving forward and to build staff capacity.

We are looking for stories or suggestions from you.  Have you been a part of
some staff development activity that helped you increase your understanding
of the assets? Have certain activities helped you be more consistent in your
asset building behaviors?

Have you seen certain staff behaviors start making a difference in the lives
of the youth?

Whether you were the recipient or the deliverer of some staff learning
activity that worked, we'd love to hear about it.
